Bachelor of Law and Social Sciences from the Adolfo Ibáñez’s Law School (2017).

Her practice is focused on company advisory, Labor litigation and contracts.

She began her career as a member of the Tax and Corporate Law team at VGM Consultores (2017). Later she joined the litigation team at Parraguez y Marín (2017-).

In academic matters, she was a teacher assistant to the Civil Procedure (2013), Criminal Law (2014) and Administrative Law (2015-2016) modules at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez’s Law School.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCES

She has represented for over 2 years clients from the northern and central region of Chile in Labor trials for unjustified dismissals, collection of benefits, protection of fundamental rights and anti-union practices, before the Courts of Labor of Antofagasta, Calama, Mejillones, Iquique and Santiago, as well as before the Court of Appeals of Antofagasta.

She has represented for over 2 years clients in Administrative procedures before the Regional Secretary for the Ministry of Health, for audits carried out in different facilities and works.
