Bachelor of Law and Social Sciences from the Pontifica Universidad Católica de Chile’s Law School (2014).
His practice focuses on Civil, Commercial and Constitutional litigation, Arbitration, Administrative procedures and Consumer Law.

He began his professional career as a paralegal at the firm Eyzaguirre & Cía. (2009-2012). Afterwards, he worked as a lawyer for the Legal Management of Atento Chile S.A. (2014-2015). Later, he became part of the litigation team of Gálvez & Cía. (2015-2016). Subsequently, as a member of the litigation and arbitration team at Del Río y Parraguez, Estudio Juan Agustín Figueroa (2016), remaining a part of its team when the firm merged with Marín & Cía. into Parraguez y Marín (2017-).

RELEVANT EXPERIENCES

He has participated in the defense of the interests of various mining companies and their subsidiaries, in multiple civil disputes and arbitrations related to mining services and contracts.
He has participated in the defense of the interests of a well-known national television channel in various lawsuits for civil, infractional and administrative liability, as in constitutional protection actions.
He has participated in the defense of the interests of a foreign company in international commercial arbitration, demanding compensation for damages arising from the breach of a distribution contract, valued at more than USD 3 million
He has participated in the defense of the interests of a national agricultural company in the exercise of a civil claim action, regarding the constitution of an electric easement on land owned by said company, and the amount of compensation established by a commission appointed by the SEC, in order to correct and recognize the real affectation of the property, valued at more than USD 6 million.
He has participated in defending the interests of a community organization in various judicial and administrative actions, with a view to protecting the environmental vulnerability of the area he represents.
He has participated in defending the interests of a major national company in the explosives market in disputes of various kinds.
He has constantly advised in the field of consumer law a well-known national chain of hairdressing services and sales of related products.
