Bachelor of Law and Social Sciences from Universidad de Chile’s Law School (Summa cum laude, 2018).
Additionally, he did a course on Unfair administration, bribery between private parties and modifications in matters por public corruption at Universidad de Chile (2019).
His practice focuses on Civil, Criminal and Administrative litigation, free competition and unfair competition.
He began his professional career as an intern in Bofill Mir Álvarez Jana Abogados (2016). He joined Parraguez y Marín in 2018.
In academic matters, he has been a teacher assistant for the Criminal Law, Introduction to Law, Constitutional Law and State Responsibility modules at Universidad de Chile.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCES

He has participated in the representation of a pension fund company in actions initiated by a Senator and a Deputy of the Republic of Chile, that aim to cancel a corporate reorganization.
He has represented a mining company in the context of a dispute with a group of more than 400 fishermen, for an amount of approx. USD $30.000.000.
He has represented the interests of a life insurance company in the context of an administrative sanctioning procedure directed by the Financial Market Commission.
He has represented a company dedicated to explosives in a civil judicial process related to an alleged breach of contract and in an unfair competition process, for an amount of approx. USD $2.000.000.
He has advised several companies in free competition matters, regarding investigations directed by the National Economic Prosecutor, related to possible coordination and concentration operations held by different companies.
He has represented a railway company in a claim for compensation for damages regarding lead contamination and lead poisoning.
He has advised a fishing company regarding a modification in the legal regulation of the capturing of certain species.
He has represented transport and real estate companies in several arbitration processes.
He has represented different legal and natural persons in several criminal cases, both as a plaintiff attorney and as a defendant attorney.
He has participated in the representation of a mining company in a claim for compensation for damages caused by torts, for an amount of approx. USD $5.000.000.
He has participated in the representation of Concesiones Recoleta S.A. in a conflict against the Municipality of Recoleta, regarding the unilateral termination of the concession contract for surface and underground parking in the Recoleta district, for an amount of approx. USD $20.000.000.
(Español) Ha participado en la representación de los intereses de una empresa minera en un litigio civil por responsabilidad extracontractual, cuya cuantía es de aproximadamente US$ 5 millones.
(Español) Ha participado en la representación de los intereses de una empresa concesionaria de estacionamientos superficiales y subterráneos en una serie de acciones civiles, constitucionales y contenciosas administrativas, en el contexto de una disputa entre la concesionaria y la autoridad municipal, por un monto aproximado de US$ 20 millones.
