Bachelor of Law and Social Sciences from the Universidad de Chile’s Law School (Summa cum laude, 2015).
Additionally, he holds two Diplomas awarded by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, in “New Tendencies on Contracts and Damages” (2016) and “Litigation and New Procedures” (2017). He also holds a Diploma in Mining Management awarded by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s Engineering School (2019).
His practice focuses on Arbitration, Civil and Commercial Litigation, with relevant experience in conflicts related to the mining industry. He has advised and/or represented some of the most important mining and supplier companies (multinational companies and family offices) in conflicts related to the most diverse areas of the mining businesses (services, exploration, extraction and processing).
He began his professional career as a member of the litigation and arbitration team at Del Río y Parraguez, Estudio Juan Agustín Figueroa (2015-2016) and remained in that position after the merger with Marín & Cía. that resulted into Parraguez y Marín (2017-).
