Bachelor of Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica’s Law School (2019).

His practice focuses on Civil, Commercial and Constitutional litigation, Administrative litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

He initiated his professional career as a paralegal at Parraguez y Marín (2018), becoming part of its litigation team, as an associate lawyer, in 2019.

In academic matters, he was a teacher assistant to the Labor Law module at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s Law School (2015-2018).

RELEVANT EXPERIENCES

He has participated in the representation of a neighborhood council in a constitutional action against a Municipality, the Ministry of Environment and the Superintendence of Environment, aimed to stopping the contamination caused by a wastewater treatment plant.
He has participated in the representation of a pension funds company in several constitutional actions.
He has participated in the representation of a company regarding a breach of contract action initiated by a Municipality, claiming a compensation for approx. USD $21.000.000.
He has participated in the representation of several mining companies in claims related to the constitution of mining easements.
