Bachelor of Law and Social Sciences from Universidad de Chile’s Law School (Summa cum laude 2020).

Her practice focuses on civil, constitutional, administrative, and free competition litigation.

She began her professional career as a paralegal at the Anti-Cartels Division of the Chilean Competition Agency. (2017-2018) and as an intern at the Legal Department of University Senate of the University of Chile (2017). She joined Parraguez y Marín in 2021.

In academic matters, she has been a teacher assistant for the Constitutional Justice Legal Clinic (2018-2019) and Constitutional (2017) and Procedural Law (2019–present) modules at Universidad de Chile. Regarding the last two modules, she continues holding that position in the present

RELEVANT EXPERIENCES

She has participated representing immigrants in various constitutional actions against the Foreign Affairs and Migration Department.
She has litigated against the Council of State in non-material damage compensation cases in the context of her professional practice in the Human Rights area.
She was a member of the paralegal team at the Anti-Cartels Division of the Chilean Competition Agency.
