Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from the Universidad Católica de del Norte’s Law School (2003).
He holds a Diploma in Administrative Law, awarded by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso’s Law School (2010) and a Diploma in Criminal Procedure Law, awarded by the Universidad Católica de del Norte’s Law School (2001).
His practice focuses on mining litigation, administrative procedures, criminal and labor litigation.
He initiated his professional practice in Calama’s Judicial Assistance Corporation. Then, he joined Marín y Cía. as an associate attorney (2003), eventually becoming a partner of the same firm. He has advised the most important mining companies in the Northern Region of Chile.
As a professor, he taught the Forensic Practice (2011) and Administrative Procedures (2013) at the Universidad Católica de del Norte’s Law School. Likewise, he taught Forensic Practice at Santo Tomás’ Law School (Antofagasta Campus) between 2017 and 2018.
