Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s Law School (1989).
Her professional practice is focused on advising on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, commercial negotiations in general, organization of family assets and arbitration.
She used to be Legal Affairs Manager, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Auditing Committee at Cervecerías Unidas S.A. (2005-2014), providing advice mainly on matters related to corporate governance, corporate compliance, antitrust, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, national and international commercial law, trademarks law, compliance of rules related to the issuance of Securities in Chile and in the United States of America (Sox and NYSE regulations), among others.
She was Head of the Legal Department at Viña San Pedro S.A. -currently Viña San Pedro Tarapacá S.A.- (1995-2005), and was in charge of expansion and local and foreign growth projects, and in general of the national and international commercial area, wine production sector, environment and real estate areas.
On 2019, she was designated as a member of the Arbitration List of the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
She performed as a professor of Law and Society in the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s Economic and Administrative Sciences School (1990-1995) and was as teacher assistant in the Constitutional and Political Law module in the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s Law School (1995-1997).
