Bachelor of Law and Social Sciences from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso’s Law School (2019).

Her practice focuses on Civil, Labour, Commercial, Constitutional and Administrative litigation.

She initiated her professional career as a paralegal at Hugo Botto Lawyers (2018-2019) and at the Judicial Council of State Defense (2019-2021). She joined Parraguez y Marín in 2022.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCES

She has participated in the representation of the State of Chile in the CASA 212 case, on a demand for compensation to relatives of victims of the plane crash in Juan Fernández.

She has participated in the representation of the Port Company of Antofagasta, in arbitration proceedings regarding the damages that occurred in the shelter molo, an incident that occurred in 2013.
